St. Regis San Francisco

Last weekend we visited San Francisco and stayed at the St. Regis. It was fabulous! Here's what we loved the most...

The location
We absolutely loved the central location of the St. Regis, and you can walk everywhere. The fabulous shopping of Union Square is about 5 blocks away, SF MoMA is right next door, and The Museum of the African Diaspora is located within the hotel. Across the street is Yerba Buena Gardens and the Metreon is a block away. Awesome.

The sophisticated and warm interiors
The St. Regis is modern and sophisticated, but also so comfortable and welcoming. We loved the fireplace upon entering and the lobby bar has a lively scene, the perfect place to relax after a day in the city.

The heated infinity pool
We loved the indoor pool! This is a great amenity for a city hotel, especially when traveling with a family. The pool is warm and there are tons of windows and natural light. And, there's even a poolside menu for food and beverages.

Grill
Grill is open daily for breakfast, lunch, dinner and weekend brunch. It's a contemporary restaurant that serves seasonal dishes with locally sourced ingredients. We are gluten free and they do a fantastic job with this - lots of gluten free menu options and the gluten free bread was fantastic.

The complimentary house car
Love the city hotels that have a house car! It's available on a first-come-first-served basis and will take you anywhere within a 2-mile radius of the hotel. And the best part... it's a Bentley!
