FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do You Charge Fees?
When you know where you are going or have a good idea of what you want, I can help you make the final hotel decision and book it for you, with any extra perks and amenities I can get. After making your reservation, I will follow-up with contacts at the hotel to alert them of your stay and share any special requests and preferences you have to help them prepare for your stay. Nice and simple! *I do not charge fees for this service.
When you need more help deciding where to go, assistance in designing a cohesive itinerary, or figuring out what to do once you get there, we will need to take a more consultative approach. I do charge a design fee for these services and the fee will depend on the complexity of the trip.
Luxury travel today means much more than golden chandeliers, personal butlers, and marble bathrooms. These days, luxury is very subjective and very personal. Adventure travel is the ultimate luxury for some, while others consider traveling with their extended family (also known as multigenerational travel) as their preferred indulgence. Luxury for those with celiac disease, gluten intolerance, or other food allergies may mean hotels and resorts that can accommodate their dietary needs and offer foods that are safe to eat. Authentic experiences are paramount to some savvy travelers, who put the highest value on "un-Google-able" experiences and meeting the locals. Certain things are worth paying a little more for. What matters most to you? What's YOUR luxury?

Yes! I will add your hotel loyalty program number to your reservation, so you will continue to earn points AND receive all the perks that you would not receive when booking directly or through online travel agencies (i.e. Expedia, Kayak, or Travelocity).
